Interesting story behind this picture...it actually started out with people over at Zelda Power Forums mocking me, but I ended up throwing it right back at them in my own way. I think that's the extent of what I'm willing to share about what happened at the moment. ^^;

Original character Trixe was created by "Fuzzy" on Zelda Power Forums.

Textures for 3D background are from pictures taken by me, from my school's resources, and from CGtextures.com

EDIT: The jewel at the bottom of the sword was missing shinyness. I've added it now.

Well, I'd say that, despite the 'throwing back,' I still enjoyed the whole thread. I like the work you did with Sword. He looks pretty awesome and it'll easier to draw now since I can't design swords to save my life.

I'll be putting a new/colored Mariana up soon, too.

I hate to not provide any original insight to this... but I'm going to agree with everyone else and say it really is an awesome sword. XD
I like the way you incorporate both Photoshop and Maya into your work. :3

It's easy to create simple backgrounds for use in my pictures using Maya, I think I'll be using it a lot more for my drawings.
