's villainous fan character, Mirracon the Mad. I added a few personal touches and redesigns that kinda irked me. Hope ya don't mind, buddy.
Before you go and say the sword is all bendy and messed up, Let me say that I did that on purpose to create the illusion of motion.
Drawn by hand, then traced and colored in Photoshop Elements (Pictures turn out great using the new technique, but it's a pain to do...)
