Buisnesswoman-CELGA inc. Mascot Design 3

I recently scored an internship with Celga, Inc., a company that deals with Japanese goods, mostly Otaku collector's stuff like Games, DVDs, figures, costumes, etc. I've been tasked with helping them redesign their site. My first task was creating a new mascot character for Celga.

I came up with 3 possible designs for the mascot, and made a couple rough sketches with color. These are all just the first pass on the character's design, I'll be making improvements as I go, such as incorporating suggestions/changes made by the company, and adding the new company logo (Which I'm also tasked in creating) into the design. I kinda liked the website's simple blue-and-white color scheme, so I applied that to some extent to the mascots, as well.

The "Buisnesswoman" a more mature, professional look. Meant to give an air of professionalism and efficiency.
